Meet Our Team
Micayla Andersen
MSN, FNP, Medical Director
Micayla Andersen is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in dermatology and aesthetics.
Born and raised in New England, Micayla earned her B.S. in Biology at the University of New Hampshire. After graduating, Micayla moved to New York City to continue her education, where she earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nursing at Columbia University. Upon graduating, she entered into the field of cosmetic dermatology.
Throughout her career, for the past eight years, Micayla has studied under and worked alongside some of the top dermatologists and plastic surgeons in the country. She has also worked on clinical trials for emerging cosmetic lasers and injectables, for industry leaders like Allergan and Candela.
Before moving to Maine in 2023, she was based at a prestigious dermatology office on Park Avenue, where she leveraged her experience in clinical trials and advanced technology, to treat thousands of patients, some of which on the most well-known faces, including actors and models.
Micayla prides herself on taking a holistic approach to wellness and aesthetics, she uses her artistic ability to delicately enhance her patients’ natural beauty. Her mission is to create a one-stop destination to help patients achieve beautiful, healthy-looking skin that empowers them to feel more confident and comfortable with their appearance.
When Micayla is not working, she enjoys going to the beach, hiking and spending time with her family, including her new daughter Madeline.
Meredith Libbey – BSN, RN
Meredith Libbey is a Registered Nurse with over five years of experience in aesthetic medicine, specializing in laser, resurfacing, and neuromodulator treatments. She graduated magna cum laude with a BA from Fordham University, and summa cum laude with a BSN from the University of Southern Maine. Meredith’s career began at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, a world-renowned oncology facility. Meredith also gained invaluable experience working in pediatrics for three years, where she honed her compassionate, patient-centered approach. It was during this time that she discovered her passion for aesthetic medicine. Meredith’s expertise spans a range of treatments designed to enhance skin appearance and restore confidence, focusing on achieving natural, lasting results. She values building strong, personalized relationships with her patients, taking the time to understand their unique needs, lifestyle, and goals. Outside of work, Meredith enjoys spending time with her husband, Corry, and daughter, Neve, practicing Pilates, and enjoying inane Bravo TV shows.
Lynn Marshall – Medical Aesthetician
Lynn Marshall is a licensed Medical Aesthetician with a passion for skin health and a wealth of experience in the medical field.
Born and raised in Portland, Maine, Lynn has dedicated her career to helping others achieve their skincare goals. She began her journey in the medical field at Maine Medical Hospital, where she worked for over six years, first as a Nutritional Care Assistant and later in the Operating Room (OR) as an Anesthesia Tech.
In 2009, Lynn joined Baskin Aesthetics, where she initially worked as a Medical Assistant alongside Dr. Baskin. Over the years, she developed a deep understanding of aesthetic treatments and patient care. After working closely with patients for over a decade, Lynn’s passion for skincare led her to pursue her Medical Aesthetician license, which she obtained in 2024.
Lynn takes a patient-focused approach to skincare, offering treatments like microneedling, skin tightening, and chemical peels to address concerns such as fine lines, dullness, and overall skin health. Her expertise is complemented by a genuine dedication to listening to her patients’ needs and providing personalized solutions that help them look and feel their best.
Outside of work, Lynn enjoys spending time with her family and is dedicated to continuing her journey in both aesthetics and wellness.
